About the job

  • Work side by side with Business Head to set goals, plans, and strategies and co-lead implementation to drive business growth
  • Establish, recruit and manage resal’s growth team
  • Work with cross functional teams (Product, Services, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, UX) to establish and implement business and growth strategies to support resal revenue goals.
  • Lead the growth process from A-Z all the way through to development, QA, A/B testing, experimentations and release of features.
  • Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, paid ads, SEO, ASO, etc.) to identify areas for growth, monitor progress and improve
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue (AARRR)
  • Manage SEO/ASO activities to drive sustainable organic growth
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
  • Using data, analytics, and other tools to analyze areas for growth including user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) inform decisions and growth strategies, monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Designing and setting up the monetization model.
  • Optimizing key product funnels, CAC, and Conversions
  • Identifying and developing growth loops at the intersection of product and growth channels.
  • Increasing the use of existing or new features.
  • Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.


  • +5 years of experience in growth or related fields
  • A belief in and determination to solve complex problems
  • A strong understanding for all things related to digital marketing
  • A highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex projects. A creative design-thinking, problem-solving mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders.
