Replacement of 18 Pcs Cement Dynamic Separator Guide Vanes in Cement Mill #1, 2, 3 & 4.

Project Scope

  • Transport of Guide Vane Plates from YCC store to Working Site.
  • Erection of Scaffolding inside the Dynamic Separator
  • Removal of damaged Guide Vanes Plates (18 pcs
  • Installation of new Guide Vanes Plates (18 pcs
  • Adjustment of guide vanes angle as per previous installed.
  • Removal of Scaffolding.
  • Housekeeping and Transport of damaged guide vanes to Scrap Yard.
